MEET OUR TEAM

Ben Norman, Founder & Lead Designer
While City Point Homes has only been around since 2018, our story starts much before that. Ben is a second generation home builder who was staking out the foundation of new homes with his dad before he finished the 6th grade. As Ben helped his dad build quality homes over the years, he also developed his passion for innovative home design. This obsession would fuel Ben’s career as he sought to bring an approach to home design that he felt the market was missing.

Hyrum Murphy, Construction Manager
With two decades of hands-on experience in building, Hyrum is an invaluable asset to the City Point Team. His role ensures that our custom homes not only meet but exceed the high standards expected by our clients. Consistent delivery of quality is Hyrum’s hallmark.

Luke Norman, Operations Manager
I guess you can say that building quality homes is still a family business for us. As one of Ben’s many brothers, Luke stands out with his passion for business systems and efficiencies. He keeps the entire team on track and running smoothly with one eye on the finish line as we strive to deliver amazing results for our clients!
